Michelle I. Gralnick, CEO, has 30 years of professional experience working with international non-profit organizations. As Regional Director for the B'nai B’rith International (BBI) Mid-America Region, she opened the St. Louis office, directing operations for an eight state region, and conceived several national campaigns, including a $125,000 flood relief program in 1993. She managed direct mail and telemarketing programs, organized celebrity fundraisers, and administered an ASAE award winning membership acquisition and retention program to attract younger members, which served as a national model. During her tenure with BBI she established four IMPACT units in Albuquerque, Denver, Kansas City and St. Louis, which added over 200 new members under age 40 years.

Since 1999 she has provided consulting services to both for-profit and non-profit entities, including the St. Louis Art Museum, raising $1.2 million via their biennial gala.

She served as Executive Director for the St. Louis Breast Cancer Coalition, B’nai B’rith St. Louis, and the innovative collaboration between B'nai El Congregation and Congregations Shaare Emeth.

For these organizations, Michelle produced monthly and annual special events, authored collateral materials, coordinated educational caravans,  developed websites, produced monthly newsletters, created a video retrospective, and secured print and electronic media coverage events.

For the past 20 years Michelle has operated a successful scrapbooking business, specializing in work with private clients, creating customized albums for individuals, agencies and corporations throughout the United States.

She founded the University City High School Alumni Association (UCHS AA) in 2004 and served as President for the first five years. She is was a co-founder and "Fearless Leader" of the Jewish Association of Business Professionals (JABP), and has served on the Board of Directors for the Friends of St. Theresa Girls Secondary School Bwanda, and for the UCHS AA.
